Proficient in English & fair in Hindi

Good in MS Office , email drafting & communication

Ability to coordinate with vendors, logistics & accounts

Knowledge of Tally is a plus

Prepare Purchase Orders & follow up with vendors

Collect quotations, compare prices & maintain records

Coordinate stock planning, inward materials & dispatch

Handle warranty , payment terms , GRN & invoice checks

Maintain PO files, trackers & procurement documentation
