Project Description

We are currently executing aflagship redevelopment project in Bandra West, with a strong emphasis onplanning discipline, quality execution, and predictable delivery.

The organization is actively adoptinglean construction principles and technology-led site managementto move away from reactive, firefighting-style execution.

Role Description

The Assistant Project Manager will workdirectly under the General Manager Projects, supporting planning, execution, and team coordination on site. This role is for someone who cancombine planning-engineer thinking with execution and quality control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drivinglook-ahead planning (2-week / 4-week)aligned with master schedules
• Tracking progress vs plan and proactively highlighting risks and constraints
• Overseeing execution of assigned work fronts to ensure quality and timeliness
• Ensuring works are executed as perapproved drawings, method statements, and specifications
• Coordinating with consultants (Architect, Structural, MEP) for drawings and clarifications
• Guiding and supervising junior engineers and site staff
• Supporting pull-planning, sequencing, and productivity improvement initiatives
• Using digital tools forplanning, reporting, documentation, and dashboards

• Minimum 8+ years of experiencein residential or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong understanding ofRCC works, finishes, site coordination, and quality systems
• Exposure tolean construction, pull planning, or structured scheduling
• Comfortable working withExcel, MS Project / Primavera, BIM viewers, or site-tech tools
• Ability to guide, mentor, and lead junior engineers
• Hands-on, process-oriented, and accountable
