Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for taking lectures for the Department of Management Studies as per the University subjects and course curriculum.

Support the accreditation and affiliation efforts.

Mentor students in the Management programs

Lead a flagship initiative of the institution.

Overall Research and Development in Management.

Contribute and Cooperate with the other Departments and Committees in organizing Seminars & Conferences, Training Programs.

Guide student projects at UG and PG levels, help them with reports, review articles, research papers, etc.

Requirements

Masters Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Management with Finance specialization.

preferable in PhD candidates.

Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

Ability to integrate practical insights with theoretical knowledge

Passion for student growth and innovative teaching methods
