Role Overview

The Operations Management Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in operations and supply chain management, integrating theoretical concepts with practical industry applications, and contributing to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures in subjects such as:
  • Operations Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics & Inventory Management
  • Production & Quality Management
  • Project Management
  • Business Process Optimization
  • Develop lesson plans, case studies, presentations, and assessment materials.
  • Conduct practical sessions, simulations, and industry-oriented projects.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations.
  • Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and current industry practices into teaching.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
  • Coordinate with placement teams to enhance employability outcomes.
  • Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Masters degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MBA (Operations), or related field.
  • Prior teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of operations and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
