Role Overview
The Operations Management Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in operations and supply chain management, integrating theoretical concepts with practical industry applications, and contributing to academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in subjects such as:
- Operations Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics & Inventory Management
- Production & Quality Management
- Project Management
- Business Process Optimization
- Develop lesson plans, case studies, presentations, and assessment materials.
- Conduct practical sessions, simulations, and industry-oriented projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
- Incorporate real-world case studies and current industry practices into teaching.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Coordinate with placement teams to enhance employability outcomes.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Masters degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MBA (Operations), or related field.
- Prior teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.
- Strong conceptual understanding of operations and business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
