1. Associate Professor Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Position Summary
The Associate Professor plays a senior academic role involving teaching, research leadership, curriculum development, and mentoring faculty and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach advanced undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Lead curriculum design, syllabus revision, and academic planning.
- Supervise M.Tech/PhD scholars and research projects.
- Publish high-quality research papers in indexed journals.
- Obtain and manage funded research projects from government or industry.
- Lead research labs and technical groups within the department.
- Mentor Assistant Professors and junior faculty members.
- Play a key role in accreditation activities (NBA/NAAC/NIRF).
- Develop industry collaborations and consultancy projects.
- Organize international conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
- Participate in institutional committees and academic leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
Experience
- Typically 810 years of teaching/research experience, with
- At least 23 years as Assistant Professor in a reputed institution (as per AICTE norms).
Skills Required
- Strong research and publication record.
- Experience in project funding, patents, and technology development.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Position Summary
The Assistant Professor in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, conducting research, guiding students, and contributing to departmental academic and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core and elective courses in Electrical & Electronics Engineering such as Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Power Electronics, and Electrical Circuits.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, laboratory manuals, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, tutorials, and project supervision for students.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and project assessments.
- Guide UG/PG projects, internships, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities (NBA/NAAC).
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Apply for research grants and funded projects where possible.
- Mentor students in technical competitions, innovation projects, and startups.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic administration.
- Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industry interactions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred)
- OR
- M.E./M.Tech in EEE with strong academic record (as per AICTE/UGC norms).
Experience
- Fresh PhD or 05 years of teaching/research experience.
