Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures on related topics, incorporating real-world case studies and industry practices.
• Research & Publication: Conduct original research, publish in reputable journals, and present findings at academic conferences.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials, syllabi, and academic programs.
• Mentoring: Advise students on academic performance, internships, and career development.
• Service & Administration: Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and accreditation processes.
• Industry Engagement: Develop industry connections for workshops, guest lectures, and student placements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: PhD in Human Resources, Finance, Management required from a reputed institution.
• Experience: 310 years of teaching or industrial experience, with a proven track record of research.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of core HR/finance functions and related analytical tools.
