Role Overview

The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to academic research, and supporting institutional initiatives through academic service and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. / Doctoral degree (completed or near completion) in the relevant discipline
• Strong academic background with a passion for teaching and research
• Ability to teach postgraduate courses (MBA/PGDM).
• Research publications (preferred).
• Industry experience (desirable but not mandatory).

Requirement

• 2-5 years of experience in handling Postgraduate classes. (Freshers who have completed PhD can apply
• Hands on experience with outcome-based Education (OBE) frameworks and quality assurance standards in teaching.
• Excellent Communication, presentation & mentoring skills.
