Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Professor in Accounting to join the founding academic team at the University of Liverpool’s India Campus. In this exciting role, you will not only contribute to world class teaching and academic delivery but also play a vital part in shaping a cutting edge, learner centric environment that mirrors the academic excellence of the Liverpool campus. 

As an Assistant Professor, you will be expected to bring academic rigor, a student first mindset, and a bold, future ready approach to teaching and learning excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate level. 

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate teaching excellence in the public or private sector and will have a recognised professional accounting qualification. 

This role is suited for an early to mid-career academic with a strong foundation in teaching. The Assistant Professor will play an active role in designing and delivering modules across Accounting and Finance undergraduate and potentially postgraduate programmes, supporting student learning, and contributing to the academic life of the department. The appointee will also be encouraged to engage in research and/or scholarly activities aligned with the University's academic goals
