Role Summary
The Assistant Professor Human Resource Management will contribute to iLEADs academic excellence by delivering practice-oriented and industry-aligned HR education through structured classroom engagement, experiential pedagogy, student mentoring, and academic research. The role focuses on ensuring teachinglearning efficiency, measurable student outcomes, and continuous academic improvement within a dynamic higher education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular academic sessions in Human Resource Management and allied subjects (OB, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws), ensuring teachinglearning efficiency and achievement of defined learning outcomes.
- Design and deliver experiential learning modules through HR simulations, case studies, policy drafting exercises, live HR projects, and industry-integrated assignments.
- Mentor students on academics, HR projects, internships, certifications, and career readiness, ensuring high satisfaction levels and positive student feedback.
- Promote project-based learning, HR analytics exposure, interdisciplinary assignments, competitions, and applied research initiatives.
- Integrate contemporary HR practices, compliance frameworks, and organisational case references into classroom delivery.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, assessment design, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in academic research, paper publications, FDPs, seminars, and institutional development activities.
- Support institutional KPIs aligned with academic quality, student success, and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline with MBA / Masters Degree in HR or relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- NET / Ph.D. desirable as per regulatory norms.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in UG/PG programmes at affiliated colleges / higher education institutions.

- Demonstrated teaching effectiveness with strong student engagement and feedback.
- Proven ability to deliver applied and industry-relevant HR learning.
- Research orientation with published papers / conference presentations preferred.
- Strong mentoring capability, academic professionalism, and outcome-driven approach.
