Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Dayananda Sagar Business School, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality academic content, conducting research in their area of expertise, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, evaluating student performance, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in scholarly research and publications. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in institutional committees and events will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and academic expertise in HRM/Finance/Business Analytics/Artificial Intelligence/Gen Management
• Research and analytical skills, with a proven track record of scholarly publications or ongoing research projects
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with students and peers
• Ability to mentor and guide students academically and professionally
• Proficiency in the use of educational technologies and tools for teaching
• Ph.D. or a Master's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Prior teaching or professional experience in higher education is expected
