Qualification: Masters/ PhD ( PhD Mandatory)

Experience: Freshers/ min 3+ yrs

Reporting to: Principal/Dean

General Responsibilities:

Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
Minimum 20 hours teaching load per week.
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
Assess and record students progress and provide grades and feedback
Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
Observe and understand students behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
To set, evaluate, and mark students course work, homework and other assignments promptly, and to record marks on College systems as requested, in accordance with the College Assessment and Marking Policy and procedures.
To carry out formative and summative assessments as appropriate.
To complete associated and administrative tasks to deadlines, as directed.
To induct students appropriately, to provide academic advice, counseling, educational guidance, and tutorial support to students, including individual learning plans as directed.
To supervise students attendance and behaviour and follow up as appropriate, in accordance with the College Behaviour and Attendance policies.
To undertake any reasonable duties as required.
