Role Overview

This role is ideal for early-career educators with strong technical fundamentals and practical experience . You will contribute to teaching, student mentoring, curriculum delivery, and institutional growth, with a strong focus on Full Stack Development, Python, and emerging technologies .

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Mentorship

• Deliver engaging lectures, labs, and tutorials for B.Tech Computer Science students .
• Teach using a hands-on, project-based approach .
• Mentor students on mini-projects, major projects, and capstone work .
• Ensure students gain industry-ready skills through practical exposure.
• Simplify complex technical concepts with real-world examples.

Core Teaching Areas (Hands-on Required)

• Python Programming
• Full Stack Web Development (MERN Stack)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React.js, Node.js
• Data Science & Machine Learning
• AI Fundamentals, Computer Vision & NLP
• Web application development and basic deployment concepts

Academic & Institutional Responsibilities

• Exam coordination, question paper setting, evaluation, and invigilation.
• Contribution to curriculum development and academic quality initiatives.
• Support accreditation and institutional academic processes.

Research & Collaboration

• Participate in applied research and innovation-focused academic initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic leaders and industry-facing teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
• Minimum 60% in UG and PG

Experience

• 1-3 years of teaching or relevant academic/technical experience
• Freshers with strong project-handling and technical knowledge are encouraged

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python & Full Stack Development
• Experience in handling and guiding technical projects
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
