Job Description: Faculty HR and Finance Specialization

Department: Academics HR and Finance

Designation: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor (as applicable)

Nature of Appointment: Full-Time

Role Purpose

To deliver high-quality teaching, research and academic support. contributing to student development and institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Teach HR/Finance specialization subjects as per the curriculum.

Prepare their own curriculums, course plans and teaching materials in line with international standards of PGDM B-School / contemporary curriculum .

Conduct classroom teaching, case studies, seminars, workshops, and experiential learning.

Evaluate student performance through internal assessments, examinations, projects, and viva.

Prepare students for real-life situations, placements and working in a corporate setup.

Mentor students for internships, projects and career development

Participate in curriculum development and academic planning

Engage in research, publications, seminars and industry interaction.

Participate in institutional committees and academic initiatives

Uphold professional ethics, discipline, and academic integrity

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Finance with First Class or equivalent from a premium Institute.

For finance candidates with CA/ CMA/ CFA qualifications and relevant experience are eligible to apply

Candidates with a Ph.D. / relevant teaching / research experience are preferred.

Prior industry and Consulting experience will be preferred.
