- Location: Gurgaon
- Process: US Telecommunication
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets for the US Telecom process
- Manage, mentor, and motivate team leaders and frontline sales teams
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
- Implement sales strategies, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in US Telecommunication Sales (BPO environment preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Result-oriented mindset with exposure to handling targets and escalations
- Experience in managing large teams will be an added advantage
