Job Summary
The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) RPO will manage day-to-day recruitment operations, lead recruitment teams, ensure SLA/TAT adherence, and support client delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned RPO clients
- Lead and monitor Team Leads and Recruiters
- Ensure hiring targets, quality, and turnaround time are met
- Handle client communication, reviews, and escalations
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare MIS reports
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance
Skills & Experience
- Strong RPO delivery and team management experience
- Hands-on with ATS, reporting, and recruitment analytics
- Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA preferred
