Job Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) RPO will manage day-to-day recruitment operations, lead recruitment teams, ensure SLA/TAT adherence, and support client delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned RPO clients
  • Lead and monitor Team Leads and Recruiters
  • Ensure hiring targets, quality, and turnaround time are met
  • Handle client communication, reviews, and escalations
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare MIS reports
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance

Skills & Experience

  • Strong RPO delivery and team management experience
  • Hands-on with ATS, reporting, and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
