Job Title: Assistant Manager Operations

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 23 years

Working Days: 6 days | Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexible)

Eligibility:

Graduate or Postgraduate (any specialization)

23 years of experience in Operations (Healthcare preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of Excel

Comfortable with field-based role

Flexible with work timings

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hospital reconciliation processes and related data

Monitor and streamline patient admission & discharge processes

Ensure timely same-day discharge of patients

Coordinate with doctors for OT scheduling

Ensure smooth handling of cashless cases and pre-authorization

Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve on-ground escalations

Onboard and manage partnerships with hospitals and clinics

Travel for meetings with partner hospitals and doctors
