Assistant Operations Manager

Minimum Exp 6 years and out of which At least 2-3 years of strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have 2 to 3 years of supervisory/ management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles.Fair understanding of digital marketing concepts and trendsExperience in managing corporate and field sales experienceStrong people & team management experience with proven leadership skillsHighly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business planAbility to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguitySuccessful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisitionKRAs Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/ benefit analyses. Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs
