Job Description
- End to end, setting up of sites offices, stores, guesthouse, labour camp & warehouse
- Ensure the Hygiene level and upkeep of the projects in respective regions
- Managing canteen facility through catering vendors wherever required
- Hand holding branch admin FTEs for efficient delivery
- Managing CCTV, UPS & DG for the site office
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyse and Implement cost-reduction measures without compromising quality.
- Ensuring security measures are followed through security agencies
- Handling internal customer complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
- Supporting Digitization process in Administration
- End to End Vendor Management, from identification of vendor, negotiating of contracts and ensuring superior service delivery and billing activity
Enabling transport facility wherever required
