About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts—owning campaigns, optimizing performance, and playing a critical role in lead generation and nurturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness including but not limited to Case Studies, Blogs, Emails
  

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
  

• Create and maintain email workflows, landing pages, lead nurturing sequences, and performance reports in HubSpot
  

• Implement and refine lead scoring, segmentation, and automation strategies to move leads through the funnel
  

• Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic
  

• Handle day-to-day social media management (organic + paid) to boost engagement and traffic

• Proficient in creating clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content tailored to target audiences across various digital platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, ad platform dashboards, and report on KPIs
  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to ensure brand and message alignment

Qualification:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO, paid ads, and HubSpot (Preferred Marketing Automation tool)
  

• Proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  

• Strong understanding of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) with a track record of driving organic traffic
  

• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant tools for campaign optimization and reporting
  

• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
