Job Description
Group Company: Shubham Housing Development Finance Company Limited
Designation: Assistant Manager-IT Application Support
Experience : 3-6 Years
Salary Range : As per Industry Norms
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide production applications support/UAT testing/Implementation New Requirement/Enhancement/creating accounting template/Charge creation/GL Creation and scheme/Product Set up.
2. Troubleshooting of basic IT Application issues with the help of Ticketing Tool
3. High availability of Finnone Application for business users and Compliances issues
4. Assist branches and HO for Finnone (CAS, LMS, Collection, MCollect App) and DMS
5. Maintain application and co-ordinate with the vendors
6. Integrate with Third party systems (ex: NSEL/DMS/Shubh-FTR).
7. Incessantly evolve the process to increase the efficiency of the processes.
Required Competencies:
1. Application Support, Change Management, User Management, Training Skills, Team Management, Communication Skills
2. Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable
3. Technical Competencies: SQL Query/reports/MIS/Excel Proficient
