About Aspire - IITB Research Park Foundation (IITBRPF):

In 2016, the Ministry of Education entrusted IIT Bombay with a pivotal mission: to establish the Research Park within the sprawling campus in Powai, Mumbai. Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Human Resources and Admin team. Assistant Manager-HR & Admin will play a key role in supporting daily office administration of ASPIRE and member companies, HR operations, maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of internal HR and Admin processes.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality HR and Administrative support and service to ensure and sustain a great people experience (onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, time-off).
  • Office Administration, that includes managing daily operations at ASPIRE (including visitor management and call handling), manpower logistics within the campus, maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Assist with logistics for member companies (ID cards, gate pass/access and ad hoc requirements).
  • Manage all logistical arrangements for meetings and visitors, for external clients, including venue setup, catering coordination, and guest parking facilitation.
  • Provides various support including payroll and benefits administration, learning and development and various ad hoc projects as and when required.


Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 47 years of experience in office administration and human resource management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable with HRMS, ERP and payroll software tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance standards.
