Work you will do
Financial Analysis:
Support Global leadership and member firms with financial reporting and analysis by leading projects and providing valuable business insights and recommendations to management.
SME for all financial data including P&L, B/S, cashflows, macroeconomic data, etc. along with Member Firm financials and Deloittes businesses with strong analytical abilities.
Exhibit an in-depth understanding of the businesses to derive strategic insights and recommendations.
Possess strong people and project management skills with the ability to execute projects with minimal guidance from Managers/EMs.
Providing actionable insights/remediation measures to the stakeholders on various projects.
Exhibit Executive Presence and strong communication skills to present project findings to US and Global Leaders.
Build executive-level decks for executive meetings, COO council, global COO/CEO, and world meetings; review/validate files created by the team.
Cross collaborates with various teams on business initiatives and various engagement initiatives.
Work extensively on SAP HANA data warehouses to extract the internal data pertaining to member firms.
Team Management:
Lead/coach/mentor team members, assign roles and responsibilities and set clear and tangible expectations and goals.
Delegate tasks to the team members and coordinate activities within the team.
Conduct training on both technical and soft skills for the team.
Involve in internal recruiting and mentoring and organizing firmwide initiatives.

Shift timings: 2PM to 11PM

Qualifications/Skills
Required
5-7 years of relevant work experience with MBA Finance or CA/CA-Inter/ACCA/CFA/CMA or any other Professional qualification in Finance; proven track record in an accounting, corporate finance, operations, or consulting role, preferably in a global organization; rigorous analytical and quantitative focus.
Clear, concise verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively communicate with DTTL Finance team members, internal clients, and all levels of management of the firm.
Should have an in-depth understanding of Financial Statements Analysis, accounting concepts, and the relationship between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements.
Should be a subject matter expert on Advanced Financial Statements Analysis. Should possess analytical acumen, quantitative aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Should possess advanced proficiency with PowerPoint presentations, and Excel.
Knowledge of research tools (EIU, Thomson One, Factiva) preferred.
Knowledge of the Financial Systems Analysis Office, HANA, is preferred.
