Suraj Estate Developers Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager MIS to strengthen our MIS and financial reporting function. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience in cost and payment tracking within the real estate or related sector.

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM and various internal departments
• Prepare Monthly Cost MIS for all ongoing and completed projects
• Track project-wise cost incurred and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions for payments through escrow accounts
• Monitor and report payment status, ensuring timely disbursement and reconciliation
• Format and structure large volumes of data into clear, readable, and actionable MIS reports
• Prepare detailed monthly MIS reports covering:
• Sales
• Collections
• Project costs
• Payments completed
• Support management with data analysis and insights for decision-making

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Advanced formulas
• Data analysis tools
• Macros and automation (preferred)
• Solid understanding of cost tracking and cost incurred analysis
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with high accuracy
• Experience working with MIS systems and financial data
• Familiarity with Far Vision Software will be an added advantage

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Commerce
• Relevant experience in MIS, finance, or real estate reporting is preferred
