We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager LinkedIn Lead Generation (Paid Ads) to lead and execute high-performance LinkedIn advertising campaigns that consistently generate qualified B2B leads and fuel our sales pipeline. This role requires deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, targeting, ABM-style segmentation, and continuous optimization to deliver strong ROI.


LinkedIn Paid Lead Generation

Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end LinkedIn Paid campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads, Dynamic & Text Ads).

Build and optimize high-intent audience segments using LinkedIn Campaign Manager , Sales Navigator, and CRM insights.

Own budgets, bidding, pacing, and daily campaign performance monitoring to maximize ROI.

Write strong B2B-focused ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-converting creatives.

Set up and optimize LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms , landing pages, and retargeting flows.


ABM-Focused Targeting & Campaigns

Create targeted account-based lead generation strategies for high-value accounts.

Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to finalize Target Account Lists (TALs) .

Run multi-layered ABM campaigns using LinkedIn ads + retargeting + personalized content.

Use ABM or native tools (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.) to measure engagement and influence.


Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track daily metrics: CTR, CPL, CVR, CPA, lead quality, and LinkedIn lead form performance.

Conduct A/B tests across ad formats, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards with clear insights and next-step actions.

Measure ABM metrics: account engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROAS.


Qualifications & Skills

35 years of proven experience running B2B LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns .

Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator.

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).

Comfortable analyzing performance using Google Analytics & Excel/Sheets.

Knowledge of ABM tools (Terminus, Demandbase, 6sense) is a strong plus.

Ability to work with creative teams to develop compelling ads.
