About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Assistant Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team at WNS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of a call center team by managing day-to-day operations.
• The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for the development and coaching of their call center team, quality monitoring, performance management, issue escalation / resolution, and problem solving with their team members in difficult situations.
• The Call Center Supervisor will also assist on the phones during high volume situations.
• Strong expertise in Property and Casualty insurance (Healthcare insurance is preferrable).

Qualifications

• Graduation
• 2 years' of team handling experience
• Strong verbal or written communication skills

• Strong expertise in Property and Casualty insurance

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare insurance experience
