We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our cosec department and its growth.


Key responsibilities:


  • Communicate with the key internal and external stakeholders as may be advised by the manager to drive quality improvements and ensure a proactive corporate governance service
  • Keep up to date all entity information for clients using internal software
  • Maintaining work trackers and regularly update the same.
  • Managing the team, training and assisting the team members with their doubts
  • Working on the replies to be sent to both the clients and the affiliates
  • Assisting Team with ad-hoc admin tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Drafting and/or reviewing of documents event based compliances as received from onsite team including but not limited to the following:
  • Statutory filing obligations including filing of annual returns and declarations as required by local company law
  • Appointment of director/company secretary/change in registered office address/Share Capital changes
  • Appropriately recording appointments and key events in statutory registers etc.
  • Working on Ad-hoc activities as requested by the onsite team/ organization.

  • Ability to understand and interpret legal/regulatory concepts
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Able to work to targets
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Qualified CS with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (preferred), team handling experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of European Compliances would be an added advantage.
