Job Description
Responsibilities
The resource would be part of the marketing & strategy team and will be responsible for-
Building/Amend/Update reports using VBA, Power Query and Power BI solutions.
Understand contact centre environment and provide required commentary on the periodic executive reports.
Support other Adhoc business requests as required.
Regular daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting.
Process documentation.
Regular client governance.
Work in Australian shifts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
B. Tech, MCA or M. Com Postgraduate
Preferred qualifications
Proficient in MS Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate & Power BI
