1. Monthly Book Debts Allocation, preparation of book debt
statements/certificates
2. Lender Master Data Pack, Monthly/Quarterly Compliance Reporting to
Lenders
3. DA & PTC Monthly Servicer Reports preparation and reporting to investors
4. Preparation of master debt repayment file and ensuring timely repayments
5. Coordination for Book Debts/Receivables Audit by lenders auditors
6. DA/PTC Tracker and Performance Sheet
7. Preparation Management Presentations like ALCO Deck, Board PPT
8. New Borrowing Exposure CAM Data Preparation
9. Financial Covenant Tracker Update
10. Borrowing Summary Sheet preparation & updation
11. MCA charge creation, Modification & satisfaction
