Good Knowledge of MS Excel & Power BI Person specification/Competency/JD - Conduct process documentation as per ISO standards, conduct and review sampling strategy in the process. Conduct root cause analysis for process improvements, conduct MSA as per schedule, Drive and conduct process compliance, Drive and conduct audits, conduct baseline study and define the realistic target for the process and identify the CTQs and deploy the audit process, Drive brainwave in the process, drive open forums/best practice sharing sessions, Provided timely reports.

perform the compliance check and highlight the risk to internal stakeholders.

Provide evidence of defects and directions for corrective action and avoidance of future errors if performance less than required target.

This corrective action will do based on sample check performance.

YB six sigma improvement project to be certified, successfully completed WB DMAIC training and YB test within 12 months of role.

Successfully complete ISO training.

Working on the product and helping the team members to achieve deadlines.

Provided timely reports, provide the daily update to all team members, updates and system entries as required by internal and external management.

Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality and protocol.

Qualifications

Qualification: Graduation

Experience - 2 to 3 yrs in TQ quality
