Were looking for a high-energy Training Content Developer who thrives at the intersection of Product and Sales. In this role, youll create impactful training materialsdecks, videos, and micro-learning contentthat empower sales teams across Retail, Fintech, and NBFC channels to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Training, and Marketing teams to understand product launches and programs
- Create visually compelling presentations (PPT/Google Slides) with strong storytelling and sales focus
- Customize content for diverse channels (Retail, Fintech, NBFC)
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of training assets
- Develop short-format training videos (product explainers, pitch demos)
- Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth execution
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement / Product Marketing / Training Content Development
- Strong PowerPoint & presentation design skills
- Experience in Retail / Fintech / BFSI (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Basic video editing skills (Canva or similar tools)
Education
- BBA in Communications (preferred)

- Ability to translate features into sales benefits (WIIFM mindset)
- Strong analytical thinking to simplify complex constructs
