Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Manager Training & Quality . This role will be responsible for elevating team capability through structured training, continuous coaching, and robust quality governance.
The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, driving sales excellence, and ensuring consistent performance standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Capability Development
Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new joiners
Conduct ongoing refresher training sessions (product, pitch, objection handling, CRM usage)
Develop sales playbooks, call scripts, and learning modules
Identify skill gaps and create structured improvement plans
Run mock calls, role-plays, and skill assessments
2. Quality Assurance & Governance
Monitor and evaluate sales calls and outreach activities
Maintain quality scorecards and ensure adherence to defined KPIs
Provide structured feedback to improve call effectiveness and conversion
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and communication standards
Publish weekly/monthly quality performance reports
3. Performance Improvement
Partner with Sales Managers to drive productivity enhancement
Track conversion metrics and identify performance trends
Implement corrective action plans for underperforming team members
Standardize best practices across the team
4. Process Optimization
Recommend improvements in scripts, messaging, and outreach strategy
Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
Support new campaign launches with training and readiness sessions
Qualifications & Experience
36 years of experience
Minimum 12 years in a Training, Quality
Strong understanding of sales metrics (conversion rate, pipeline, revenue contribution)
Experience in call auditing and quality frameworks
Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with reporting capabilities
