Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant RTR experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified CA or CMA with strong Record to Report (RTR) experience to join our Finance team in Bangalore. The role involves managing end-to-end general accounting activities, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) and General Ledger accounting processes
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments
• Conduct Balance Sheet and P&L analysis and resolve variances
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS / Ind AS / US GAAP
• Ensure timely completion of account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits and address audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA / CMA qualification Mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on RTR / General Ledger experience
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting processes
• Experience in shared services, captive, or global delivery environments preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Good knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and audit compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight closing timelines

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to global/multi-country accounting
• Experience in process transition or stabilisation projects
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
