Brief about the Team

Inside Sales is part of the customer experience team of Tata 1mg working on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new customers and closing sales.

What will you do

  • Dialer Management (Outbound & Inbound Campaigns)
  • Manage and optimize daily operations of the dialer system (e.g., Ozonetel, Ameyo).

  • Set up new campaigns including calling lists, retry logic, time bands, and call pacing strategies.

  • Monitor real-time performance: dialer health, call connectivity, agent status, and campaign progress.

  • Coordinate with tech vendors to troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DND, consent management, data privacy) in all dialer activities.

  • Minimize idle time and enhance agent utilization and contactability through continuous tuning of dialer logic.

  • 📊 MIS & Reporting
  • Design and manage real-time dashboards and performance reports across key metrics:

  • Call volumes, Connect %, Conversion %, AHT, Dialed %, Occupancy, Wrap time, etc.

  • Automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders using tools like Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau.

  • Analyze trends to identify process bottlenecks, agent performance gaps, and campaign opportunities.

  • Support business reviews with detailed data insights and root cause analysis.

  • 👥 Operational Efficiency & Forecasting
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) to forecast call volumes and align agent staffing accordingly.

  • Track lead life cycle, disposition analysis, and optimize lead-to-sale conversion rates.

  • Monitor SLA adherence across campaigns and help maintain target productivity benchmarks.

  • 🚀 Process Improvement & Governance
  • Conduct regular performance audits of campaigns and share recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify automation opportunities across dialer operations and MIS reporting.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in reporting systems.

  • Train team members on standard operating procedures, reporting formats, and dialer configurations.
What we are looking for 

  1. Expertise in dialer platforms (Ozonetel, Ameyo, etc.)

  2. Strong command of Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau

  3. Analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach

  4. Knowledge of CRM systems and contact center tools

  5. Strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams
