Job Description
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Procurement Process: Managed procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of procured goods and services meets company standards and requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies related to procurement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
