POSITION SUMMARY

This is a role in the Talent Management (TM) function that is responsible for driving Competency Mapping, Talent Reviews, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning, and other talent management initiatives.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Familiarize self with the Competency Mapping exercise - execute as per scope and business requirements.
  • Help drive the Talent Reviews framework for the discussion of top and critical talent.
  • Project manage and schedule Talent Reviews.
  • Manage governance on action items from the Talent Reviews.
  • Interact with senior leaders on a regular basis to (i) enable their learning journey and (ii) capture learner feedback and inputs.
  • Identify metrics and maintain dashboards for the completion and governance of TM initiatives.
  • Manage key (ad hoc) TM projects as and when required.
  • Help implement the TM program's in collaboration with the participants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Help in providing monthly dashboards/reports on Talent Management interventions.
  • Work with virtual/ cross-functional teams globally
