Job Title: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Salesforce Hiring)
Location: India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune,Gurugram, Chennai.)

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Salesforce practice leaders to forecast hiring needs and build strategic recruitment plans
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce roles: Developers, Admins, Consultants, Architects
- Source candidates using advanced techniques across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess cultural and technical fit
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top Salesforce talent
- Manage recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with Wipro’s hiring policies
- Mentor junior recruiters and support high-volume hiring drives when needed
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and role-specific requirements
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Synergy), Excel, and recruitment analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines
- Familiarity with diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7–11 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce or CRM technologies
- Certifications in HR or recruitment tools are a plus
