Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both sales and non-sales roles across multiple levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements efficiently
  • Screen and shortlist candidates; coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Drive offer management, including offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensuring successful joining closures
  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
  • 56 years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Mandatory experience in both sales and non-sales hiring
  • Proven exposure to bulk and lateral hiring
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Immediate to short notice period preferred
  • Work from office
