Job Title: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad
This role plays a critical role in building a future-ready talent ecosystem for the organisation. The role is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, campus and early talent strategy, and integrated talent management interventions spanning performance, capability building, succession, and retention. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains talent aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and cultural values.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in a complex, fast-paced organisation
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, problem-solving orientation, and comfort working with senior leaders
- PG Degree in General / HR Management
- 3+ yrs of Experience in talent acquisition and/or talent management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
