Job Summary

Anblicks Inc. is seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and scale IT hiring for niche and senior technology roles. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on hiring, team leadership, and stakeholder management to support rapid growth across Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Engineering practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level technology roles
  • Hire niche skills across Cloud, Data Engineering, Big Data, Python, Spark, Java, DevOps, Analytics, and AI
  • Act as a trusted partner to Delivery Heads, Hiring Managers, and Leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
  • Lead and mentor TA team members , ensuring quality sourcing, screening, and timely closures
  • Drive strategic sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and direct headhunting
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and high offer-to-join conversion
  • Handle salary fitment, negotiations, and offer releases
  • Lead initiatives such as Employer Branding, IJP, Alumni Connect, Referral Programs, and TA process improvements
  • Own recruitment MIS, dashboards, hiring metrics, and reporting


What Were Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition , preferably in IT Services / Consulting organizations
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing delivery through others
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior business leaders
  • Expertise in headhunting, market mapping, and compensation benchmarking
  • Ability to balance strategic hiring priorities with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills


Qualifications

  • BE (IT) / BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent
  • Proficiency with ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and MS Office
