Amber is scaling its global marketplace, and supply growth is a critical piece to that engine.

Were looking for someone who can add momentum to this engine.

This role sits at the forefront of our 0-1 strategy while entering into new regions. Youll work directly on expanding our supply footprint across regions and shaping how new partners enter the Amber ecosystem.

What youll do

• Lead onboarding and activation of supply partners across key region.
• Own the full lifecycle from partner discovery to go-live and growth later on.
• Learn to build scalable onboarding frameworks that reduce friction and improve speed
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve partner experience
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve onboarding quality
• Act as a growth operator, balancing execution speed with process excellence.

Who you are

• 25 years experience in partnerships, marketplace ops, overseas B2B, or onboarding roles (exposure is good enough, with an intent to go deeper in this)
• Have an operator mindset, you love learning and building processes, not just manage tasks
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Problem Solver who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication with external partners
• High ownership, calm head on their shoulders and strong aptitude for execution.
• Experience in marketplaces / SaaS / Prop-tech is a plus, but exposure to Global Sales/Operations or Partnerships is a MUST.
