Responsibilities
- Experience in import and export for Amazon US warehouses.
Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery. (SEA, MEA, SA Region)
Monitor and update order status, resolve discrepancies and delays.
Collaborate with sales, monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability, and finance teams to ensure accurate order execution.
In-depth understanding of import and export compliances, customs regulations and any other regulations across global geographies.
Assign and liaise with freight forwarders for the vessel schedule, ensuring timely booking and handover.
Handle documentation for domestic and international shipping (invoices, packing lists, PI, BL, AWBs, etc.).
Resolve transportation-related issues, including damage, delays, and claims. Liaise with warehouse teams for stock allocation and dispatch.
Serve as the point of contact for order-related inquiries.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Publish MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Share all required documents (PO, PI, Invoice, PL, BL) with Finance to complete outward invoices.
Deep understanding and experience of handling 3PL warehouses across the globe
Qualifications
Experience: 58 years of related experience
Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or PhD preferred
Skills: Strong ownership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage operations, inventory, and order fulfillment efficiently
