Job Description

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for ensuring that the delivery and supply chain processes for the product are operated in a cost-effective manner and provides the relevant goods and services to the end consumer

·       Coordinate with inbound and outbound logistics teams to have logistics tasks and activities completed and service levels for key performance indicators are met

·       Coordinate the shipping of products from point of origin to destination. Includes extensive collaboration with relevant third parties

·       Identify proactively issues pertaining to logistics and transportation, escalate to client stakeholders and drive resolution of issues

·       Handle and resolve complex issues pertaining to logistics and transportation (in collaboration with the client supply chain resources)

·       Track delivery of products to end customers

·       Provide any administrative support that is required by the logistics or supply chain function of the client

·       Leverage client provided technology tools to execute logistics and supply chain management tasks

·       Develop reports and dashboards for the logistics coordination processes at a pre-determined frequency

·       Communicate with the client stakeholders’ data and analysis, issues, and resolution status

 

Minimum Qualifications

·       Good understanding of logistics and transportation processes including basic understanding of compliance rules for logistics

·       Experience of logistics and transportation processes

·       Familiarity with supply chain for hi-tech industry or technology distributor industry

·       Excellent communication skills (engage with client stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers)

·       Good negotiations skills to engage with suppliers and logistics providers

·       Good understanding data management, reporting and basic data analysis

·       Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g.: excellent handling of pivot tables)

·       Should be familiar with and/or have worked with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau

·       Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle quick-turn projects

·       Have good presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

·       Should be familiar with SAP S2 Hana, K2.Net
