Role Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end digital media production to deliver high-quality, academically aligned learning content, while overseeing studio operations across Bangalore and Gurgaon. The role involves optimizing in-house and vendor resources, driving innovation through the adoption of emerging media technologies, and ensuring projects are delivered within defined budgets and timelines.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class digital learning media that meets academic and technical quality benchmarks.
• Ensure cost-effective studio operations with optimized use of in-house and vendor-managed teams.
• Drive innovation in content production through adoption of new media tools and technologies.
• Build and lead a high-performing studio team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Strengthen stakeholder alignment with faculty, instructional designers, and vendors for seamless execution.

Skill and Ability Requirements

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver outcomes within timelines.
• Expertise in digital media production tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven editing,
• motion graphics).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Media, Communications, Film Production, or
• related field.
• Preferred Qualification: Certifications in advanced media tools / instructional media / digital learning technologies.

Experience

• Specific Sectorial Experience: 610 years in media production/studio management with exposure to higher education or ed-tech.
