We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Student Relations in Incubation & Business Growth phase of the Program who can work closely with startup entrepreneurs and family business successors, helping them move from idea clarity to execution, launch, and real outcomes.

What Youll Do

Build deep and sustained relationships with student entrepreneurs in family businesses andstartups.

Work closely with department heads and internal team members to deeply understand student ideas and be the single point of contact for students to provide an integrated experience.

Proactively identify the core challenges, gaps, and execution risks faced by the students and coordinate with the internal team to resolve.

Provide extensive support to students through idea generation and market validation.

Assist department heads in creating 6-month and 1-year execution roadmaps.

Hand-hold students accross all stages from zero launch early traction.

Support students for MIDAS Bazar with tangible business outcomes.

Who Were Looking For

2+ years experience in:

Incubation / acceleration programs

Startup mentoring

Experience working with early-stage founders or family business successors

Strong execution mindset (not just strategy or theory)

Patient, empathetic, and comfortable explaining concepts deeply
