Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager/Senior Executive
Department: Office of Dean - Quality Assurance and Rankings (QAR)
Experience: Min 4years required

Key Responsibilities:
Accreditation & Ranking Support
- Collect, compile, and maintain institutional data for accreditation and ranking processes including NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, Times World University Rankings (WUR), and other relevant frameworks.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data submitted to accreditation and ranking agencies.
- Maintain and update accreditation-related records, reports, and evidence.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders (students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, etc.) related to institutional quality, performance, and ranking parameters.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry and validation for all quality assurance and ranking-related datasets.
- Assist in interpreting quality indicators and metrics required by accrediting bodies.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with academic departments, administrative units, and external stakeholders for timely collection of required data and documentation.
- Disseminate information on quality benchmarks, accreditation requirements, and ranking parameters to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between IQAC and departments to ensure alignment with quality standards.
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Update and maintain office documentation including event reports, meeting minutes, audit records, and accreditation files.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
- Ensure systematic filing and retrieval of documents for audits, reviews, and inspections.
Audit Planning & Execution
- Assist in audit planning, preparation, and execution, including documentation readiness and fieldwork coordination.
- Support internal and external quality audits by compiling required data and evidence.
- Track action points and follow-ups arising from audit observations and quality reviews.
Qualifications:
- Any UG/PG degree (preferably in statistics and data analysis and management)
