| Key Deliverables (or outputs of the role) | 1 | Planning coordinating and observing all aspects for research on hybrid Paddy seed production at different production locations to ensure flowering synchronization seed yield and ensuring quality along with R&D field station. Field monitoring data collection and analysis related to SPR. | |
| 2 | Ensure execution of quality SPR trials at production location, collection of quality data, analysis and recommendation to production team. | ||
| 3 | Collaborating with production and R&D team for better understanding from seed to seed for decision making in PAM. | ||
| 4 | Develop trials to address production challenges with discussion to production team. | ||
| 5 | Execution of multiple types of multilocation trials to analyze the parental lines performance. | ||
| 6 | Keep current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies coming internally and externally. | ||
| 7 | Ensures all action plans implemented in trial sites towards germplasm security. | ||
| 8 | Identification of new paddy seed production locations for existing products | ||
| Job Requirements | Experience (years) | 2 to 5 yrs | |
| Industry Preferred | Seed industry | ||
| Qualification | BSc (Agri), / M.Sc. (Agri) / Ph.D. in Agri Sciences or related. | ||
