Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Academy Development
Establish and manage Haldirams Skills Academy, design structured learning journeys across levels, and align programs with business goals and company values.
2. LMS Ownership & Digital Learning
Oversee end-to-end LMS management, drive adoption, track learning data, and curate engaging digital content in collaboration with internal and external experts.
3. Capability Development
Design onboarding, skill-building, and certification programs for employees, managers, and leaders to address capability gaps and ensure role readiness.
4. Leadership & Talent Readiness
Develop leadership programs, build succession pipelines, and partner with HR to groom high-potential talent.
5. Learning Effectiveness & Analytics
Define KPIs, track learning impact through analytics and feedback, and present capability scorecards to leadership.
6. Collaboration & Culture Integration
Work closely with Employee Experience and business teams to embed a strong learning culture aligned with Haldirams values of craftsmanship, humility, and excellence.
