Assistant category manager/merchandiser - Beauty

Role Summary:

Support the Category Manager in driving category growth through assortment planning, pricing support, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in category planning, assortment optimization, and SKU rationalization

Track sales, margins, inventory, and key KPIs; prepare regular performance reports

Coordinate with vendors for listings, pricing updates, promotions, and availability

Support execution of promotions, launches, and campaigns across platforms

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights

Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

13 years of experience in category management, buying, or analytics

Strong Excel / data analysis skills

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset

Assistant Manager
