Job Description

Responsibilities


Design and implement scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow custom solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to drive successful implementations.
Mentor Developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively propose innovative solutions and new features that drive business value.

Minimum Qualifications

/skills
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Relevant experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on building custom applications, Integrations, and workflows.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and other ITSM modules.
Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog, categories, items, and request workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub and data exchange mechanisms.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications

/skills
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with other ServiceNow products such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM)
JavaScript, Business Rules, Server-side scripting, Client-side Scripting, Script Includes, service catalog, ServiceNow.
Good to have custom application experience.
